It is accurately dispensed by dissolving in water at the time of use and requires no rinsing after application. This product is effective against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Listeria monocytogenes. Its solid form minimizes the hazard of employee contact and injury due to spills or splashing concentrated liquid. One 3-pound capsule makes over 750 gallons of sanitizing solution. It is freeze/thaw stable and effective in hard water conditions up to 750 ppm as CaCO3. The product is kosher year-round, excluding Passover.
